With 25+ years experience in managing all aspects of Information Technology, Thomas Witwicki, the founder and President of Assurance Point, is very passionate about information security and privacy issues.
Thomas Witwicki CIPP,CISM, CISSP
He is a fully accredited information security and privacy consultant who excels at working with senior management to assist organizations in implementing strong security governance and achieve their security and compliance objectives. He has designed and executed information risk and controls assessments and developed innovative business continuity plans.
Prior to founding Assurance Point, Mr. Witwicki led an enterprise information security program for Hannaford Brothers. Co., a Fortune 500 publicly held company. He frequently speaks to groups on the subject of security and privacy and is an active member of IAPP, ISACA and ISSA. He is also a manager of the TechMaine INFOSEC User Group.
